Growing up with an Appalachian dad and mom from Georgia, the menu undoubtedly leans towards the foods Sam was introduced to during childhood. Luckily for us, the things we love about traditional Southern cooking (resourcefulness, comfort, and celebrating what’s available & in-season) suits the agricultural landscape of RI and SE Massachusetts quite well.
